Head of Pricing & Tenders - Falck Scandinavia

About the job
To strengthen our commercial foundation and support future growth and profitability, we are looking for a Head of Pricing & Tenders. This is a newly established position and reflects Falck's ambition to bring pricing and tender capabilities together in one function, enabling further professionalisation and harmonisation across countries and business areas in Scandinavia.
As Head of Pricing & Tenders, you will set the strategic direction and define how pricing and tender excellence are delivered across the organisation. You will lead a team of highly skilled and experienced professionals covering both pricing and tender disciplines, and act as a senior sparring partner for key stakeholders across the organisation.
The role carries significant influence and visibility, and you will play a vital role in ensuring that Falck's pricing and tender decisions are competitive, value-driven and financially sound, ultimately enabling us to deliver care where it matters most.

Your role spans strategy, execution and leadership, with a strong focus on building scalable and future-ready capabilities. Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Define and drive pricing and tender strategies across Falck Scandinavia
- Act as a people leader and senior sparring partner, empowering your team and aligning across the organisation
- Strengthen governance, alignment and common ways of working within pricing and tenders
- Own and further develop end-to-end tender processes, decision frameworks and standards
- Develop pricing models, guidelines and tools, with a strong focus on automation and data-driven decision-making.
You will play a key role in shaping the future organisation, including team structure, processes, collaboration models and ways of working. In this role, you will be instrumental in setting the strategic direction for Pricing & Tenders in the new Scandinavian setup. Together with a team of experienced professionals, you will actively define that journey.
About you

- Ability to navigate senior stakeholder landscapes, building trust and alignment across functions and countries.
Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of one or more Scandinavian languages is considered an advantage.
