Senior Bid Manager
Do you want to lead a dedicated BID project team in the creation of winning proposals both nationally and internationally? Are you motivated by understanding customer requirements and tailoring proposals? Do you want to use your project management and technical competencies in a new role?
Here is what the job entails
In the role as Senior Bid Manger, you will lead both national and international proposal projects, ensuring competitive and high-quality bids. Furthermore, you will be indirectly leading a dedicated BID project team, whose task is to understand and analyze customer requirements and tailor proposals accordingly.
More in detail you will be:
- Developing bid strategies and managing governance processes from start to approval
- Driving risk assessment and contractual compliance throughout the bidding process
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to align on requirements
- Continuously improving bid processes, tools, and best practices to enhance competitiveness
In this role you should expect 10-20 travel days per year.

Your ability to lead complex bid processes and develop winning strategies will directly influence our competitiveness and long-term business results.
Meet your future team
With direct reference to our Head of Bid Management, you will be part of a well-experienced Bid Management team consisting of five competent and dedicated colleagues. Together we are responsible for managing the entire bid management process globally. As we have a central role, we value a highly collaborative environment both with the team but also with the rest of the organization.

We are looking for a Senior Bid Manager who is ready to take ownership of complex bid processes and inspire a team through indirect leadership to secure winning tenders. You achieve this through your analytical approach which enables you to understand customers' needs.
In order to succeed we imagine that you:
- Have +5 years of experience in solution sales, project leadership or tender process support
- Bring solid knowledge of tendering processes, procurement frameworks and compliance standards
- Work in a structured manner with high attention to detail and quality
- Excel in communication and stakeholder management
- Possess strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance risk and opportunity
As we are an international organization it is important that you are fluent in Danish and English.
